Dear Customer,
Sugar8 will never request your financial account or credit card information via SMS or phone call for any reason. We also won’t ask you to visit a bank or operate an ATM through such means.
If you receive such calls or messages, please stay vigilant and do not follow any suspicious instructions. If in doubt, immediately contact Sugar8 or call the Anti-Fraud Hotline at 165 for confirmation.
Be cautious when receiving calls starting with "+", "+2", or "+886", as scammers often manipulate caller IDs or impersonate companies, banks, or judicial authorities. Avoid clicking on unknown links or accepting friend invitations from unknown LINE contacts.
Common fraud tactics include claiming "duplicate orders" or "incorrect installment setups" to deceive customers into performing online banking or ATM operations. For any bank-related matters, contact your bank directly. If asked to provide account details or perform operations, refuse immediately to reduce the risk of fraud.
Please regularly change your password, strengthen it by using a mix of uppercase, lowercase letters, and numbers, and avoid entering your account details on public computers to enhance information security.
Best regards,
Sugar8
